Frances Lord is a writer and curator with a visual arts background and specialism in contemporary craft and commissioning projects for the public realm.
Writing about the visual arts is now her main focus of activity.
During her freelance career as a curator Frances worked with artists, arts and environmental organisations, architects, developers and local government initiating, developing and managing a diverse range of arts and cultural projects in the UK and beyond. Mentoring and coaching is still part of her freelance practice.
